BIOGRAPHY

Sky Tao has become a well known and respected artist in the entertainment & night life industry in Hong Kong having only relocated back to the city in 2006.

Known for her modern dance performances, events and modeling, it came to no surprise that she would eventually venture into DJing as another form of expressing herself. Having only started to promote herself as a DJ in the Spring of 2008, she was already interviewed by one of Hong Kong’s leading English entertainment publications, BC Magazine as the DJ of the month in January 2007’s issue.

Blessed with an ease of expression and a love for entertaining the masses, her debut came in May 2008 at CLIQ club for an exclusive fashion brand Miskeen. Her single debut at this event would lead immediately to being officiated as an official artist with local artist community website, Alivenotdead.com as well as merchandise sponsorship from both Miskeen & Fi-Hi brands.

Her music is an inspiring and passionate mixture of House, House Classics, R & B, UK Garage bringing a refreshing and uplifting ambiance to every crowd she plays for and thus far every crowd has responded with enthusiasm to her song selections. Her performances are distinct and rare as she balances all forms of artistic expression against each other to preserve each performance as a memorable moment.

Knowing how to read the crowd, move them engaging them to respond by dancing the night away is priority to Sky, and she loves every minute of it, another unique quality that is appreciated and evident when shes in the DJ booth.
