Down & Out Volume 1
Troy Pierce, Magda, Marc Houle, Suade

Following their recent departure from Minus, Magda, Marcus Houle and Troy Pierce collectively introduce their new imprint, Items & Things with their powerful label debut 'Down & Out Volume I', which reflects an impressive showcase of their independently unique potential. Anything BUT down and out this release bursts at the seams with three equally confident tracks.

Troy Pierce, 'Majikal': Bouncy, quirky, unpredictable. Eerie melodic synths speak to a bumping bassline making this a weird and wonderful dancefloor freaker.

Magda & Suade, 'Fixation': On the second offering, Madga teams up with UK producer, Suade to deliver a deep hypnotic groover. A flirtatious melody dances around a driving bassline, and are rounded off with hypnotic, spoken word vocals. Hard to not stay fixated on this.

Marc Houle, 'Slowpe': A downbeat grower which has an 80s almost 'thriller-esque', cinematic feel. This will resonate with those who like an imaginative experience with their music.
